This is The Glenview Lantern, a new, hyper-local community newspaper covering the Village of Glenview.
The Lantern is the tenth newspaper of 22nd Century Media and the third for our North Shore branch. The Lantern, which has a Sept. 21 inaugural publication date, will cover Glenview with unprecedented energy and life. Our newspaper will be sent free each Wednesday through the U.S. Mail to every home and business in Glenview.
Our newspapers have built a strong reputation since the company was founded six years ago. We pride ourselves on our high level of hyper-local content, positive focus, unbiased news coverage, honest reporting and quality aesthetics. We’ve been told over and over our newspapers are a breath of fresh air in a cynical media industry.
